The Maracuja stake pool operates as a Mithril signer node on the Cardano network.
Mithril is a protocol that enables lightweight verification of blockchain transactions. For instance, it can significantly reduce wallet bootstrapping time by using snapshots signed by nodes like Maracuja. In the long run, this will allow Cardano to be used for a wide range of applications without needing to store and constantly synchronize the entire blockchain.
